Welcome to the new ski season. Each year the club runs a number of extended trips. These are both long weekend and week long trips. The trips are all planned and the schedule contains wonderful trips for everyone. We also have arrangements with other local ski clubs to participate on their trips.
Trip sign-ups are open now--first come first served. Some trips are limited in size. If you decide to go on a trip, fill out the coupon that is included and mail it along with the required deposit to the trip leader. If you have questions, contact the trip leader before you, mail your deposit. All trips will go whether there is snow or not. Of course, there will be snow but just in case there isn't, the leader will usually lead hikes or plan other activities.

A minimum, non-refundable $25 deposit is required to sign up for a trip.
No deposit is required to get on the waiting list.
After the balance due date, refunds will be based on the cost to the club.
A non-member who wishes to sign-up for a trip will be charged an extra $10.
If the trip produces an "overage" of $10.00 -$20.00 per person there will be a $10.00 rebate per person; with a $20.00 "overage" any excess over $10.00 will be refunded. Some trips are calculated to break even at 12 people and we actually get 18 or 20 and the cost per person goes down. If we get 10 people the cost person goes up. There are variables in the cost and unforeseen events as we are all non-professional trip planners. The intent is to break even and keep from going in debt.
All passengers will share equally in the cost of gas and tolls.
